This is a truly magical show! Side splittingly funny from start to finish. This pantomime has everything you could ever wish for, a superb script, magical moments that will amaze, beautiful costumes and numerous set changes. A glitzy extravaganza not to be missed, trust us!

Aladdin at the Theatre Royal in Plymouth is a magical masterpiece by Crossroads Pantomimes. Joe Pasquale leads this wonderful show and is on point for every performance, hats off to him for sure! A show for all the family young and old. It really does pack everything you could ever wish for in a pantomime. A joyous, lavish and spectacular festive feast.

Matinée Dog gives this show an epic 90/100! Crossroads have done Plymouth proud with this magical pantomime, probably one of the best in the country this festive season. We may be biased being in our hometown but it really is one not to be missed. Aladdin is showing at Theatre Royal Plymouth until Saturday 15 January 2022 and there are still plenty of tickets available so treat yourself and your loved ones now!

From the moment the band strikes up to the moment the curtain falls this show will make you smile, laugh maybe even cry! Plymouth are lucky to have the biggest Panto producer QDOS to showcase the magic, lets just say they never dissapoint. With lots of references to Plymouth and being set in Janners Town makes this pantomime even more wonderful and special.

Come prepared to join in as there is plenty of audience participation required throughout “OH YES THERE IS”. With lots of time to “BOO” and “HISS” as Abanazar played by Pete Gallagher is simply stunning in the role and a real panto baddy with a standout performance, you will not be able to hold back those Boo’s! Joe Pasquale leads this wonderful company as Wishee Washee and is on fire for every performance, the occasional ad-lib makes this show side splittingly funny. Joe’s entrance as Toilet Man will have you in hysterics, he leads this production with energy that infects the audience and other cast members alike. Widow Twankey played by David Robbins our pantomime dame is infectiously funny and packs numerous costume changes we lost count, you have to see it to believe it.

Aladdin is one of traditional pantomimes that many love and this production will not dissapoint you. Lavish sets and amazing costumes along with some magical surprises throughout make this one of the best pantos we have seen. The magic carpet will leave you in awe and wondering how on earth they do it!

The show is packed with numerous scenes with choreogrpahy that is faultless, the royal guards scene and one other that we cannot mention are so slick the cast really are perfect in every way. Aladdin has all the magic of panto and a happy ending that is so dazzling and glitzy that you may even need sunglasses!
