Pantoland at the Palladium! Pantomime back where it belongs, this magical show will have you belly laughing from the second it starts to the moment the curtain falls, Oh Yes It Will! Matinée Dog visitied the Palladium on Sunday 5 December 2021, although Donny wan unable to perform on this occassion the cast pulled out all the stops to give us all the magic and even more! What is even better we were all offered a return visit to see the full show again before it closes in January! We honestly felt the show was as exceptional as it ever could be and we enjoyed every second.

Julian Clary led the star studded cast, he took us on a magical adventure that showed us all the best bits from the Palladium’s last 5 Christmas Pantomimes! Where better to see a Panto? Nowhere but the Palladium of course. Julian had us in stitches every time he graced the stage, he really does cross that line and does not come back he keeps on running! We had not laughed so much for a long time.
Gary Wilmot also pulled out all the stops, his legendary London Underground song made an apperance too (with added lines and new stations too) simply incredible. Paul Zerdin and Sam made several apperances, and as ever wowed the audience with his amazing ventriliquism we honestly don’t know how he does some of it! A delight to watch as ever.
Jac Yarrow and Sophie Issacs (Principal Boy & Girl) also ass lots of magic the already incredible show.
Not to forget Nigel Havers (who could) who adds some Panto fun along the way, maybe next year he will get a bigger part?
The amazing world famous Tiller Girls make an appearance as does the phenomenal duo, their sequences will blow you away.
The costumes and set are as fabulous as ever and don’t you worry the special effects are pretty amazing too! Hats off to the entire cast and crew for putting on such an amazing show with the lead down! SIMPLY AMAZING IS ALL WE CAN SAY! THANK YOU!
We were also met by the fabulous Red Coats at the Palladium who looked after our every need (£55 per person Gold Experience) really is worth every penny and what is more, it includes Champagne, snacks, a programme and Ice Cream! We really did feel like royalty and were away from the mass crowds in the “Hall Of Fame” which is also worth seeing that is for sure.
PANTO WILL RETURN TO THE PALLADIUM IN 2022 AND SO WILL WE!
